Price Match Eligibility

To qualify for a price match:

  • The product must be the same brand, model, specifications, color, and features.
  • The competitor's product must be brand new, genuine, and currently in stock.
  • The lower price must be available from an authorized retailer within Pakistan.
  • The product must be available for immediate purchase at the advertised price.

Price Verification

To request a price match, customers must provide valid proof of the competitor's lower price, such as:

  • A live website link.
  • A printed quotation.
  • A current advertisement.
  • A valid purchase quotation from an authorized retailer.

Our team will verify the price and product availability before approving the request.

Exclusions

Price matching does not apply to:

  • Clearance or liquidation sales.
  • Flash sales or limited-time promotions.
  • Open-box, refurbished, or used products.
  • Marketplace sellers or unauthorized dealers.
  • Bundle offers, coupons, promo codes, cashback offers, or loyalty discounts.
  • Pricing errors or misprints.

Price Match Process

  • Contact our Customer Support Team before completing your purchase.
  • Share the competitor's product link or proof of the lower price.
  • Once verified, MTS Electronics will match the eligible price where applicable.
  • Price matches are subject to management approval.

Online & In-Store Purchases

Our Price Match Policy applies to both:

  • Online purchases.
  • In-store purchases.

For online price matching, the competitor must be an authorized Pakistani retailer with the product currently available for purchase.

Final Decision

MTS Electronics reserves the right to approve or reject any price match request after verifying:

  • Product authenticity.
  • Price accuracy.
  • Stock availability.
  • Compliance with this policy.

The final decision of MTS Electronics shall be considered final.
